Shipping Back To Us - Save Time with our Return Shipping Label Option
When returning or exchanging an item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. You have the option to make your own shipping arrangements or you can take advantage of our convenient return shipping label program. We made special arrangements with the US Postal Service and United Parcel Service that lets you purchase and print a flat-rate $9 label right from our website. Affix the label and leave it for your postal carrier or drop it off at a UPS or USPS location.

30-Day Return Policy
We will accept returns and exchanges on products within 30 days of your original purchase date. Please ship your exchange within 3 days of submission of the online return / exchange form.

Returns and exchanges will not be processed without a "Return Merchandise Authorization" or RMA number. RMA numbers are generated online at the Easy Returns and Exchanges link on our website. Customers unable to generate an RMA online must contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a verbal authorization prior to sending any item to us for return or exchange. Returns or exchanges arriving without an RMA are returned to the sender.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned or exchanged items must arrive at our facility in "like new" condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Occasionally, customers send back items in a used, dirty condition or without the tags attached. In these instances, we reserve the right to either return the item(s) back to the customer or charge a 50% disposal fee.

Incorrect Shipment
If we have sent you a size or style that you did not order, we will pay for the return freight cost of the boots / shoes and will send you the correct item.


Shipping & Handling Charges


We are now providing free ground shipping on all orders of $75 or more in the continental US.

All orders less than $75 will be charged a flat rate of $6.95 shipping.

All shipments, including those noted as having "Free Shipping", going to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are charged an additional fee of $1.50 per pound and are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to charge extra shipping on large orders going to a PO Box.

In support of those serving overseas, no additional fee is charged for APO/FPO addresses for packages weighing under 10 pounds. For large orders above 10 pounds please contact us for shipping expense.

We ship to all locations in the Continental US, and we ship to Alaska, Hawaii and all US territories.

Most products are shipped from our Conklin, NY location within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise noted) depending on availability and time order was placed. Some products could be shipped from alternate warehouses. If an out of stock situation occurs, we will contact you to see if you want to "backorder" the item and wait for it to become available. 

Our primary shipping method is UPS and our secondary method is USPS for smaller shipments.

You will receive an email confirmation when the item is shipped. Please provide a correct email address with your order.


Canadian Shipping Policy

We are not shipping to Canada at this time.

No other international shipping available.


Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously. Any personal information you provide to Work Gear Online via the Internet or through any or other medium is for the exclusive use of Work Gear Online in order for us to fulfill your order. We will not sell this data or otherwise make it available to anyone outside of Work Gear Online other than providing the name and delivery address to the shipper. We will maintain a database of customers addresses who opt in to receive occasional announcements of new products and services offered by Work Gear Online via e-mail or postal mail.


Security

Work Gear Online provides online ordering through a secure network using Authorize.Net and your credit card processor. All online transactions with Work Gear Online are handled with industry-standard secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. Our checkout page will be titled in the URL address with https://www.workgearonline.com/checkout.asp, which indicates the page is secure.

When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and securely and confidentially processed through the Authorize.Net Network. Your credit card number is never transmitted by email or any unencrypted format.

Work Gear Online does not retain credit card information in our files. Not paper or electronic. In fact, we never even see your complete credit card number.

Work Gear Online will prosecute fraud to the fullest extent of the law. All transactions and IP addresses are logged.


Sales Tax

New York State residents will be charged 8.00% sales tax.

Per NYS sales tax policy: (Effective June 1, 2006) Clothing & Footwear items with a sale price below $110.00 are now tax exempt.
